About the role
You will shape the surfaces where finance operators and AI agents work together — dashboards, review flows, evidence panes, approvals.
Own the end-to-end design of our client-facing agent tools.
Partner directly with engineering and consulting to ship in weeks.
Set the visual and interaction language for how humans supervise agents.
What you'll bring
6+ years shipping polished product design, ideally in fintech, data or enterprise tools.
Strong systems thinker. Portfolio shows shipped, not just concepts.
Comfort with ambiguity and P&L context.
